Who we are.
WiseTrack Technologies is a private software company incorporated in India, headquartered in Noida. We operate two brands: HyperScripts (custom software) and Ragenaizer (Business OS). For the purposes of the DPDP Act, 2023 and the GDPR (where applicable), WiseTrack is the data fiduciary / controller for personal information we collect through our websites and during engagements.
What we collect.
From visitors to wisetrack.in, we collect only what you give us through forms (name, email, company, message) plus standard server logs (IP, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp). From clients during engagements, we may receive information necessary to deliver the work — sometimes including personal data your end-users have given you. We treat that data as a processor on your behalf.
Why we collect it.
We use what you give us only to respond to you, deliver an engagement, send the field-notes newsletter you opted into, secure our infrastructure, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information. We do not run ad re-targeting.
How long we keep it.
Inbound enquiry data is retained for 24 months unless we hear from you again. Engagement-related personal data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years to satisfy audit and tax requirements. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
Your rights.
Under the DPDP Act, GDPR, CCPA, and most modern data laws, you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, and delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, write to support@wisetrack.in. We respond within 30 days.
Security.
We encrypt data at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher. Access is role-based and logged. We run regular vulnerability scans on infrastructure and dependency-scanning on every build. In the unlikely event of a personal-data breach, we will notify affected parties and the relevant Data Protection Board within the statutory window.
Children.
Our services are B2B and not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy.
We may revise this policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the version stamp at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
